The shipment of your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with UPS Extra with signature request, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever type of shipping you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges and postage. The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
