Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is regulated by law if the customer-consumer (ie a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase indicating a VAT number in the order form ) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason. To exercise this right the customer must send H&H SPORTS PROTECTION SRL a communication within 10 working days from the date of delivery of the goods.

Note: Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal

Mode of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

the purchased good must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts, including the certificates of conformity;

the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the complete responsibility of the customer;

H&H SPORTS PROTECTION SRL is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

Return of Goods

The product must be returned to H&H SPORTS PROTECTION within 14 days.

Without prejudice to any repair costs for ascertained damage to the goods, H&H SPORTS PROTECTION will reimburse the customer the full amount already paid for the product, within 14 days from the return of the goods, by transferring the amount charged to the Credit Card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN code of the invoice holder).

When the right of withdrawal expires

The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good (packaging and / or its content), in cases where H&H SPORTS PROTECTION ascertains:

even partial use of the good and of any consumables;

lack of external and / or internal packaging;

the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts);

damage to the product for reasons other than transportation

In the cases mentioned above, H&H SPORTS PROTECTION will return the purchased good to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.

Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
