How can I buy a product?

Select the product you want to buy, choose the desired size and color and click on the "Add to Cart" button. Now you can continue Shopping, when you are finished visit the Cart page to proceed with the payment of your order.

How can I be sure that I have made the purchase correctly?

If the purchase is successful, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of the products purchased. Can't find the email or something went wrong? Check your spam or contact us for information.

Can I make purchases from my smartphone?

Sure! Our site is optimized for all devices. You can make your purchases from your smartphone as well as from a PC or tablet.

I have added products to the cart but I don't want to buy them, how can I remove them?

Visit the "Cart" page by clicking the icon at the top right, then click on the "x" next to the product you want to remove to remove it from your cart.

Which payment methods are accepted?

On the site it is possible to make payments by credit card, pay-pal, bank transfer and masterpass. For more information visit the "payments" page

How much are the shipping costs?

The cost of standard shipping in Italy is € 8.54 including VAT (courier: Bartolini)

The cost of standard shipping in Europe (courier: GLS) is:

- € 15.00 per package (max 15kg / package) for Austria, Belgium, Germany, Holland, Luxembourg and France.
- € 21.00 per package (max 15kg / package) for Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, England, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Rep. Cena, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary.

For customs operations in England there will be an additional cost of € 45.00

Free shipping in Italy is available for orders over € 119.00.
Free shipping in Europe is available for orders over € 149.00.

What are the shipping times?

Shipping times are approximately 48 hours (the time may vary depending on the destination area) from receipt of payment.

Fast shipping is available with an additional cost to be paid by the customer.

How can I recover my login password?

Are you already registered and can't remember your login password? Select the item "have you forgotten your password?" on the login page. Here you can enter the email you used for registration, then you will receive an email where you can reset your password.

How can I update the shipping or billing information?

To change the shipping or billing address, go to the addresses section of your account and click Update, once you have made the changes save the new address.

How can I view my order history?

Log into your account and go to the "Order history and details" section. Here you will be able to view all the orders you have placed.
